Please remember when ordering that all items are hand made and made to order, therefore allow up to 7 working days before dispatching.

We offer free shipping on all orders from £30+ within the UK.

Standard shipping cost is £2.99

Here at Paddy Wags we have a 7 day return policy, starting from the day the item is received. A return request can be made by  contacting me at paddywaggs@gmail.com

If your return is accepted we will go through instructions on how to return 

Once we receive the returned item we will be in contact  to let you know if the return has been accepted or not. We will let you know once the refund has been made. Please allow up to 10 working business days for the refund to show up in your bank account.

Please inspect your item once you have received it and contact us immediately if the item is damaged or wrong, so we can rectify this.

In order to be elegible for a return the item must be in the same condition in which was received and unused.
